WIndows/Polish Programmer keyboard: AltGr key press event is treated as Ctrl press event

      When I test our ActiveX control with QTextEdit descendant then we got spurious beep from application (non Qt application). And we found bug when AltGr is pressed then in eventFilter of QTextEdit we have Ctrl key press event. This is happen on Windows 7 64bit with Polish language and Polish Programmer Keyboard as keyboard settings. In this keyboard config AltGr has special meaning and it is threaded as special modifier key to get national characters.
