QFileSystemWatcher does not detect when a USB drive with watched files is removed

    Description

      QFileSystemWatcher does not emit any signals if the whole USB drive, which contains watched files/paths, is removed.

      Attached a test application, which starts watching the path (please set to point to your removable USB drive). It successfully reports changes in the drive's root folder, but does not report anything when the whole drive is unplugged.
