[REG 5.8->5.9] QWebEngineView in QGraphicsProxyWidget is not rendered

    Description

      When showing a WebEngineView in a QGraphicsScene through QGraphicsProxyWidget on Windows, the view is not rendered properly. This is a regression from Qt 5.8.
