Sliders and Dials do not immediately move when dragged

    Description

      The Slider, RangeSlider, and Dial controls do not immediately move when clicked and dragged. Instead you have to drag past the drag threshold, and then it jumps to the pointer position. I would expect a smooth behavior, e.g. immediate response to pointer dragging.
