Mac OS X: The text and icon of a command link button are aligned to the bottom of the button rather than the center

The text and icon look misplaced as they are very close to the button outline.

To reproduce:
1. Start designer
2. Add a command link button to the form
3. Add e.g. a list widget to the form
4. Set a layout on the widget so that the button gets its exact preferred height
5. Look at it
