Incorrect scrolling handoff from inner list to outer QScrollArea via macOS trackpad

      This bug reproduces only with native macbook touchpad.
      I added views to QScrollArea and it doesnt scroll when my two fingers are on the touchpad, it scroll after finger release and scroll little bit on the start.

      With simple mouse it works as expected.
      To reproduce resize window to the minimum size and scroll on view to some edge.
