Study supporting std::vector, QVector and references thereof as Q_INVOKABLE parameters

It should be noted that this includes cases where the container to be passed is created on the javascript side, and javascript containers are heterogeneous, whereas QVector and std::vector are homogeneous, so that mismatch must be dealt with somehow.
