QComboBox does not resize properly

      On OSX El Capitan when I create a QComboBox and populate it with Icons, instead of resizing the Combobox it keeps it with it's standard height and shows the image "coming out" of the combobox. the same code on 10.9.5 correctly shows the resized QComboBox
