Make locale property public for Calendar component

      To make the week start on Sunday in Calendar, the locale needs to be set and currently the only way to set the locale for the Calendar is like this:

      Calendar{
__locale: Qt.locale("en_US")
}

      Would be nice if the property would be public and documented.
