    Description

      Similar repro steps as QTBUG-45722:

      • open quicknanobrowser with --single-process flag
      • navigate to youtube.com, select a video
      • close the browser window

Unlike QTBUG-45722 though, the crash is specific to Qt 5.6.0+ in combination with youtube.com, and more generally websites that install a service worker.

It is also not a directly QtWebEngine bug, but a bug inside the Chromium code exhibited by QtWebEngine in single-process mode, for which I've already submitted a patch upstream: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/ff0fb24270d54a21f036fa77132b11fe03eafd06

No action needed, can be resolved as WONTDO or similar, since the fix will eventually make its way down from Chromium. I'm mainly creating this ticket for future reference and visibility within the QtWebEngine project.
