Description
QNX depends on the ability to use OpenGL through static linkage but Qt no longer supports using OpenGL in this way (https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/175052).
QQnxGLContext::getProcAddress needs to be updated so it works for all the functions not just EGL extensions.
