HTML5 Video Tag not working, Video doesnt play

      and latest Firefox for reference

    Description

      Since i updated from 5.8 to 5.9.0beta2-3 the html5 video tag doesnt play any videos.
      i tested this on the example video from w3schools:
      https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp
