ItemDelegate should have an option to set captured mouse buttons

The ItemDelegate Qml component should pass the pressed mouse button together with the onClicked/onDoubleClicked/onPressAndHold signals. On desktop platforms the right mouse button is often used with lists (ListView) to show a context menu.
