Document NVIDIA PDK version used for DriveCX

    Description

      The DriveCX support in meta-boot2qt works only against the same version NVIDIA PDK that we are using. Currently it is Vibrante 4.1 Linux Drive CX2 PDK version 4.1.4.0.
