Virtual Keyboard opens behind Dialog when modal

    Description

      Imagine that you have a TextField inside a dialog (login dialog, for example).
      Now you show it modal, then the TextField has focus, so VirtualKeyboard is activated, but, instead of showing in front of the dialog, it shows behind the overlay (dark grey), so user cannot tap any key in it.
