"Launch Emulator" button missing from QtCreator 4.3-rc1 (/w new b2qt plugin)

      "Launch Emulator" / VM Starter button from lower left corner of Qt Creator UI is missing after updating Qt Creator from 4.2.2 to 4.3.0-rc1 (with updated boot2qt plugin that enabled QDB). The button should be there as user can't start emulator with launcher app without it.
