Qt5.9: QT_EDITION is 'Enterprise' in opensource MSVC2017 installation

      Install MSVC2017 x64 (and MSVC2015 x64) beta4 content from staging with opensource account. Check the qconfig.pri file in msvc2017_64/mkspecs, line 'QT_EDITION' is set to 'Enterprise', check the msvc2015_64/mkspecs from same installation, 'QT_EDITION' is 'Opensource'.
