    Description

      Android supports several scan modes when scanning for BLE devices: [https://developer.android.com/reference/android/bluetooth/le/ScanSettings.html] . Add support for setting scan mode.

      Some apps want lower power consumption (SCAN_MODE_LOW_POWER), others prefer faster device discovery (SCAN_MODE_LOW_LATENCY).
