P3: Somewhat important Description
It'd be nice to have a setting to disable loading of media resources (to keep videos from automatically playing), similar to what QtWebKit-NG added recently.
Chromium doesn't seem to have a setting to disable media loading entirely (using an URL interceptor to block media requests doesn't work on e.g. YouTube which uses XHR to get the media), but it has a mediaPlaybackRequiresUserGesture setting (in 56-based) respectively an autoplayPolicy in the current Chromium git head.
