When the keyboard is triggered for a field, in a window that does have indirect focus(without user click on field) the initial state is not set, or is set randomly. Attached example can be used to reproduce this problem.

Steps:

• Start the program
• Pick google from the pull-down in the right-hand window
  ... Google opens and the keyboard appears shifted
• Click in the google search box
  ... Keyboard changes to un-shifted
• Click in the text (URL1) field in the right-hand window
  ... Keyboard changes to shifted.
