Boot2Qt's "Troubleshooting" is incorrect for Windows

      The Troubleshooting guide for Boot2Qt repeatedly recommends running

      <INSTALL_DIR>/Tools/b2qt/adb ...

      This is wrong on Windows because there adb is installed separately.

      The Troubleshooting guide should be usable on all platforms.
