    Description

      In the following example

      <!-- file>zorg ok</file> -->
<!-- < file>zorg ok</file> -->
<!-- ...<file>zorg</file> -->

      The first and second lines are ignored rather than the last is not ignored and rcc will complain for zorg.

      It seems the XML parser don't handle correctly <!-- --->
