"mingw53_32\bin\libGLESV2.dll does not exist" error

      When using windeployqt (mingw32) the deployment crashes with error : "mingw53_32\bin\libGLESV2.dll does not exist".

      And yes the file is missing in the beta4 mingw32 binaries
