Add support google translate to Linguist

      Currently Google translate uses incredible translation algorithms which produces very good result (often they can be used as is). So I suggest to add special buttons to the right of translated text editor of Linguist UI:

      "Translate by Google"

      "Copy untranslated" (in Qt 5.7 Ctrl-B does not work for me).
