QClipboard contains no image/png on Win10

    Description

      If i take a screenshot on Windows 10, the QClipboard mimeData formats contains only

      ("application/x-qt-image"). On Linux QClipboard mimeData formats contains

      ("TARGETS", "MULTIPLE", "image/jpeg", "image/x-MS-bmp", "image/x-bmp", "image/bmp", "image/tiff", "image/png", "SAVE_TARGETS", "TIMESTAMP", "application/x-qt-image")
