    Description

Modify the standard sample from widgets/dialogs/classwizard so, for example, the first page contains an instance of QOpenGLWidget. Then all GUI child items and the window itself goes weird:the intro page will contain black rectangle in the title; the second page will be rendered incorrectly; seems that all items shifted up/down but their image is shown at the different position. See attached screenshots.

All three available OpenGL-backends are affected: the issue is reproducible with QT_OPENGL=angle, QT_OPENGL=desktop and QT_OPENGL=software as well. Except when angle-backend is used there is only black rectangle in the title.

Diff-file for the sample and the complete sample are attached.

Reproduced on two machines: CPU Core i7 with Inte Graphics HD 630 and CPU AMD A4 with Radeon 8500M/8330 (notebook HP G255).
