Copy/Paste Shortcuts don't work in Russian Keyboard Layout

Shortcuts Ctrl+V, Ctrl+C work in edit widgets (for ex. QTextEdit), but don't work if I change keyboard layout from English to Russian one. (I use Desktop 5.9 mingw 32bit Kit). Nevertheless at the same time if I compile the same program with Qt 5.7 (mingw 32 bit) it works ok. The same thing is true for Qt Designers (in 5.9 version it doesn't work, while in 5.7 it do).
