Description
When the mouse pointer is on top of scroolbar it is supposed to have arrow cursor, but with Qt WebKit the cursor is what ever it was before hovering over the scrollbar. For example if you enter to the scrollbar area from a text field, the cursor is I-beam.
This can be reproduced with Qt Example Fancy Browser. Open www.google.com and make the window smaller so that the input field doesn't fit to the window. Then enter hover mouse to the scrollbar directly from the input field.
Tested only on Windows 7 and 10.
