Linux Copy-on-Write file cloning support

      Commit db0064b7 has brought CoW file cloning for APFS on Darwin. Linux starting from 4.5 has file systems, that support CoW file cloning, too (btrfs, for example) using FICLONE ioctl.
      It would be very easy to add this capability into qfilesystemengine_unix.cpp.

      I could help with this issue, but I am not very familiar with gerrit.
