windeployqt does not deploy the geoservices plugins unless the project specifies QML

    Description

      My project uses Qt Location module:

      QT += location

      but, windeployqt.exe does not deploy a directory with "geoservices plugins", e.g.:

      c:\Qt-meta\5.9\msvc2015\plugins\geoservices

      though, the Qt5Locationd.dll, Qt5Positioningd.dll, and plugins/position are present.

      Skipping plugin qtgeoservices_esri.dll due to disabled dependencies.
Skipping plugin qtgeoservices_itemsoverlay.dll due to disabled dependencies.
Skipping plugin qtgeoservices_mapbox.dll due to disabled dependencies.
Skipping plugin qtgeoservices_nokia.dll due to disabled dependencies.
Skipping plugin qtgeoservices_osm.dll due to disabled dependencies.
