Support of Chromium Extensions

      There are feature requests which are easier to solve with allowing users to install their own Chromium extensions instead of implementing our own solutions. (For example: installing user stylesheets)

      It would be an enormous feature, therefore it needs a careful API design (installer, remover, JavaScript APIs, etc...) and we have to figure out what to support exactly (webstore updater, etc...).

      Note that Chromium converts user scripts to extensions, so this feature could deprecate our already existing userscripts API in the future.
