    Description

      When a QWebEngineView is present and ANGLE is used for OpenGL rendering ("Qt::AA_UseOpenGLES" or a Qt compiled without option "-opengl dynamic"), the window will flicker when the user resize it.

      We compiled Qt with these options: -platform win32-msvc2017 -angle
