Viewport information is not available for pages opened through "Open link in New Background Tab"

      To reproduce:

      Wait until the page has loaded and then switch to the tab. It does not show Screen Resolution property correctly.

      Interestingly it does work if that link is opened through CTRL+click or pressing mouse wheel on the link.
