[macOS] QTabWiget close button is not visible

    Description

      If the close button is enabled with setTabsClosable(true), the close button is present but it's not visible (I can close the tab by clicking on the close button area) and, if present, the icon is too close to the text. See attached images:

      • "Qt 5.6.2.png" shows how QTabWidget appears with Qt 5.6.2;
      • "Qt 5.9.1.png" shows how QTabWidget appears with Qt 5.9.1.
