[REG 5.6-5.9] OSX Qt.WindowTransparentForInput doesn't let mouse clicks go through the ApplicationWindow

      The issue described in QTBUG-45498 was fixed in 5.6.0 but it appears to no longer work in 5.9.0.  The attached example is the same one used in that bug report.  The window does not allow clicks through on OSX 10.12.
