Online installer: Hash verification fails for qtxmlpatterns-Windows-Windows_7-Mingw53-Windows-Windows_7-X86.7z

      Qt 5.8 and 5.9 already installed.

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Launch MaintenanceTool.exe
      2. Select 'Add or remove components' and click 'Next'
      3. Select component 'Qt > Qt 5.9.1 > MinGw 5.3.0 32 bit' and click 'Next' (see Qt_installer_select_Qt591_component.PNG)
      4. Click 'Update'

      => the installation process stops at some point with the error message 'Hash verification while downloading failed. This is a temporary error, please retry'. (see Qt_installer_hash_verification_failure_1.PNG)

      Clicking on 'Retry' does not help. After having clicked on 'Cancel', an other error message appears (see Qt_installer_hash_verification_failure_2.PNG).
