SCXML requires QML module

    Description

      Even when using the null datamodel, a compiled SCXML statemachine requires linking to qml module.
      This limits the general usage (of a non-JS subset) of SCXML for more lightweight applications.
      Linking to qml should be optional and only be required when ecmascript datamodel is used.
