Suggestion: Provide the ability to specify a pre-build step in .pro files

    Description

      It would be nice if qmake supported the specification of a pre-build event in the .pro file.

      In a Visual Studio Qt project, such a pre-build event would be useful for automatically (upon running qmake) filling out the "Command Line" field of the Pre-Build Event section in the Project Properties.
