Qml screen is cut off on top and bottom of the screen with Intel GC

      On Windows 10 Qml windows get cut off (see example screenshot of the QtCreator Qml Designer which is also affected by this problem).

      The problem is specific to Intel graphic cards (switching to nVidia draws the window correctly) and seems to be related to one of the recent Intel driver updates.
