No video if running "qmlvideo" example with ANGLE on Windows

I encountered a problem with playing video using basic Video QML type. In Qt 5.9.1 the video is not being displayed, however in Qt 5.6, 5.7, 5.8 it works fine.
I have k-lite codec pack installed in the system.

The problem shows only if I force ANGLE, by using QGuiApplication::setAttribute(Qt::AA_UseOpenGLES);
