When a label is placed inside the bar in a QBarSeries then hovering over it will cause the bar to emit hovered(false)

      When a label is placed inside the bar in a QBarSeries then hovering over it will cause the bar to emit hovered(false). Since the mouse is still over the actual bar then it should disregard the label in this case.
