Being unable to build WebEngine does not produce build error

    Description

      Building WebEngine fails on my machine, see QTBUG-62162. After this happened, the build will proceed silently without any obvious indication of an error.

      I think, not being able to build WebEngine should result in a build error. The user can not be expected to always log and read all the build output and search for any problems in there.
