mingw32 compilation of mapbox plugin fails with OpenGL linking errors

      Compilation of the 5.9.2 and dev branch fails with mingw-32 with this command (see attached error log file):

      configure.bat -opensource -nomake examples -nomake tests -prefix d:/qt_cust/qt510dev/built_w32 -confirm-license -opengl desktop -openssl -skip qtcanvas3d -skip qtdatavis3d -skip qtwebengine -skip qtactiveqt -skip qtgamepad -skip qtserialbus -skip qtspeech -skip qtvirtualkeyboard -skip qtwayland -L C:\OpenSSL-Win32 -L C:\OpenSSL-Win32\lib -L C:\OpenSSL-Win32\lib\MinGW -I C:\OpenSSL-Win32\include -release

       

      Compilation with VS 2015 works fine.
