Android: Qt Selection Handles Are Buggy with QWidget Applications

Steps to reproduce:

Use textedit Qt own example.

Build using 5.9.1

Run on any device and observe:

1. Try the regular behavior of Android apps: long touch to select a word,
2. Further try to move the selection handles left or write - it is not working.

Additionally, when a child window has a text field, the blue cursor doesn't point

correctly.

Please, fix the bugs and provide a the options:

a) to disable the blue cursor pointer and the selection handles;

b) to customize their look and size.
