Description
[Windows]: When ClearType is disabled then some characters will be rendered incorrectly when transformation is applied. In the attached example case, the left side of the h is missing a line of pixels so it looks thinner than it should.
If ClearType is on then it looks fine.
edit: ClearType is unrelated to this, although the effect is more visible in the example when it is turned off because of the poor antialiasing.
