Description
I connect a qdb enabled device, start Qt Creator, open the devices pane in the options dialog. The device shows up and is marked as "Ready to use". I press "Test" and after a while I get a timeout.
In the SSH configuration an IP address is mentioned. If I manually assign an IP address from the same network to the network interface created when plugging in the device, the "Test" button triggers a successful handshake. The network interface is not automatically assigned an IP address by qdb.
Notably, my linux system automatically renames the network interface from "usb0" to something like "enp0s26u1u3". The name seems to vary. Also the directory /sys/kernel/config/usb_gadget (reveiled by a cursory search in the qdb source code) does not exist here and I cannot find an equivalent.
