Emulator documentation needs to link better for Qt Device creation targets

    Description

      Emulator is currently used only in Qt for Device Creation targets (including Qt Automotive Suite). This is not obvious from the documentation. Updates needed:

      • define how you can install the emulator either via Qt Device Creation or Qt Automotive Suite installation
