qhc files cannot be created in a reproducible way

    Description

      While working on the reproducible builds effort, I found that
      when building the qterm, gammaray and engauge-digitizer packages for openSUSE Linux, there were slight differences between each build in .qhc files:

      This is because they embed the build time in the CreationTime and LastRegisterTime fields.
