QMenu pops up behind window if Qt::WindowStaysOnTopHint is set

      If the window has the window flag Qt::WindowStaysOnTopHint set the QMenu shows partly obscured by the window when it pops up. 

      This problem started in Qt 5.9.1. If I go back to Qt 5.9 the problem goes away.
