Qt currently supports "local deployment" for Android applications, however this functionality is no longer available with Android 5 and later. As the default has been "bundled deployment" for quite a long time now, we'll remove support for local deployment since it is no longer needed.

This is a semi-requirement for the Qbs port of Qt on Android, as Qbs will support only bundled deployment and (possibly) Ministro as an indirect design consequence.
